I shot a bunch of photos of the beautiful granite in the great Rila mountain back home in Bulgaria at the end of last summer. So now I came to sort up through my photos, and I’m serving these up for you guys.
New Year party was great, as was the traditional mountain hike! I went to the Stara Planina mountains, in the middle of Bulgaria, in the ‘Rai’ (Paradise) mountain guesthouse, above the town of Kalofer. It was very weird, because it’s usually a snowland this time of year. And weirdness means good photo ops, so I tried to make most of it. Some of these I find very enjoyable, and I think I’m gonna make some condensed art photo albums soon.
I had a great trip with another scene of crazy weather in the Pirin mountain – fantastic. Snapped some HDRs, too
